Are you a resident of Terraza of Cheviot Hills or a family member of one?
We’d love to hear your thoughts about the community!

My sister lives at the community and the whole staff there is great. The care staff is very helpful and the nurses are nice. The place does good maintenance and if she needs something, the maintenance man comes right up. People come to do the laundry and clean the apartment. They post activities near the elevator and hallways. Overall, she feels safe, comfortable, they take care of her needs at dining and when I drop her off, she calls it home.

My mom enjoyed living at Terraza Cheviot Senior Living for more than 12 years. She was always very well-cared for and I could tell that she felt safe. Her room and bedding was kept clean and her laundry was consistently washed, folded and returned to her dresser.

The staff also did a terrific job making sure that she had all of her medical prescriptions filled timely and medications administered properly. She truly enjoyed the social and recreational activities, including playing bingo, other games and group exercise sessions. She made friends and had a regular group of card players that contributed to her happiness.

Having gotten to know by name the members of the staff who worked directly with my mother, I realized that she benefitted from their extraordinary degree of dedication and care for her. This was especially true in her last fews weeks and days before her passing.

Kind, caring nurse staff and longtime business manager. Good value for the location in the heart of West LA. An option for seniors who’ve lived independently in the area and want to stay there, or for families in the area looking to place a senior member in assisted living.
